Dani’s Room

We’ve been working on Dani’s room for the last few weeks.   My parents came down for a visit last weekend and I’m sure I drove my mom crazy. I thought I would have fun just going out and picking out things to decorate and organize the room, but I couldn’t find much that I wanted, so I got very frustrated.  We trolled every baby store for miles around.  I have an idea now of what I want and we got a few things picked out.  It is slowly coming together – I have the furniture, the bedding, the curtains, the walls are painted, and now I’m having fun picking out little things to put in the room.  Here’s a sneak peak at some of the items I’ve bought/ordered:

 

Pottery Barn Kids – Large pink woven basket.  I’m going to roll up the quilts I’ve made Dani and put them in the basket by the chair (I’m still looking for a chair!)

Pottery Barn Kids – Green Pleated gingham lamp shade to go on her dresser.  

I’ve also gotten a mobile, a nightlight, a clock, some storage bins, a piggy bank, and a rug. 

I’ll post more pictures when I get it all put together.
