It's been a long while since I posted our menu plan. Once I stopped posting our menu plans, I wasn't as strict about making a plan, and then stopped altogether. So I'm going to start it up again this year.One lesson I learned earlier this year is that since there are only two of us, I have to plan for lots of leftovers!

Dinner: Next Day Turkey Soup
Sunday (12/26)
Crockpot Chicken Nachos
