One of my goals for 2011 is to meal plan for the entire year - so get used to these menu plan posts! I know you don't really care what we eat, but posting our menu helps keep me accountable. Kevin got money towards a new BBQ grill for Christmas, and I got a new crockpot - so we'll probably have lots of grilling recipes. I already use my crockpot at least once a week, but now I have a much newer, larger, nicer one. Here's the plan for this week:
Monday - Leftovers (Spaghetti & Meatballs) and Caesar Salad
Tuesday - Ground Beef Tacos
Wednesday - Easy Oriental Chicken
Thursday - Leftovers (Easy Oriental Chicken)
Friday - Dinner Out!
Saturday - Gilled Chicken and Baked Potatoes (On the new BBQ Grill!)
Sunday - Chili (in the new crockpot!) and Corn Bake

I'm so with you on the meal plan. I myself love using my crock pot. And we're having leftover grilled chicken/rice tonight. I'm using my crock pot tomorrow for a roast!! It makes it so much easier to plan ahead.
