Dear Family and Friends,
After more than five years of waiting for our adoption from China to go through, we have made the difficult decision to close our adoption file. We have decided to remain a family of two – we no longer wish to pursue parenthood. This was not a decision that was made lightly; this was a very personal decision and we hope that you will let us claim our privacy in this matter and be respectful of our choice.
As this journey comes to an end, we want to take the time to thank you for your support. Friends, family, and those on the journey with us, have helped us get through the tough days, and celebrate the good days - what a roller coaster ride. We’re so glad you were there with us. Thank you!!
We are looking forward to moving on with our life and starting our next adventure… wherever or whatever that may be!

I'm sure making this decision was an extremely difficult process. Scott and I have always tried to respect your privacy and choices. This time is no different. Love and hugs to both of you.
